The Princess of Whales has carried out her first official work meeting since she began cancer treatment earlier this year. in Windsor Castle about her early childhood project.
Catherine revealed her relief in a video after her chemotherapy had ended.

The princess said that this year had been incredibly tough but she had gained a “renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life”.
This meeting in Windsor was recorded in the Court Circular, which lists royal engagements.
This was the first officially recorded work engagement since her treatment began. The princess has worked from home and had meetings at home until then. No further details about what went on in the meeting were revealed, but it’s significant since it’s the start of her return to royal duties.
In January she was hospitalized for abdominal surgery and then in March, the royals revealed about her undergoing cancer treatment.
There were a couple of public appearances, at Trooping the Colour and the Wimbledon tennis championship, but it will be considered far away from a year of her being in the public eye.
The latest update is part of Catherine’s carefully managed return, after which she can be seen making a small number of public appearances, such as at Remembrance events in November and her annual Christmas carol concert. Kate might make an appearance at the National Service of Remembrance on Nov. 10, while the annual “Together at Christmas” carol service, which Kate has hosted for the past three years.

This is a positive indication of her health improvement but the treatments continue.
The princess shares her tempestuous experience of cancer and how it made her feel complex, scary and unpredictable.
“With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything,” she adds.
